Terms and Conditions
The succeeding text emphasises the responsibilities, right and obligations of those associated with the Agreement. There terms and conditions can be changed or amended at any time, without any preceding notice.
You must read through the details of these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before agreeing to the contract. The information must be accurate and complete.
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1 We must be provided with accurate descriptions of your property at the time of booking. Clean Gutters is free to change the estimate quoted and charge for additional work if necessary.
2.2 If we receive incomplete, erroneous or inaccurate instructions or information, we can cancel the Order or make additional charges.
2.3 Access: We must make access to your property available to us.
(a) If we are unable to access your property at the time and date defined, you will be subject to a minimum charge of £50.
2.4 Credit or Debit card details must be provided in full for a secure booking to proceed.
(a) An additional charge of 2% will be made when paying with a credit card
2.5 A slot will be reserved on our schedule once a job has been confirmed. Please be aware that the time quotes will only be an estimate as measures beyond our control, such as bad weather, traffic, force majeure, etc. can delay our services.
2.6 It is your responsibility to arrange parking space arrangements. All fee and fines relating to parking will be paid by the customer.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Our Services can be paid for by cash or card over the phone at the start of our services. Cheques are not an accepted from of payment.
3.2 Our prices are based on a minimum charge that correspond to the services we provide to you.
(a) Carpet cleaning minimum of 48 GBP including VAT
(b) One Off Cleaning minimum of 128 GBP including VAT
3.3 Additional charges can include: A congestion charge of £11.50 or extra charges if your property is beyond the M25.
4. Rescheduling and Cancelling Appointments
4.1 If you decide to cancel a scheduled appointment within 24 hours prior to the allotted time, a charge of £50 will be issued without any further notice.
4.2 If you reschedule the appointment less than 24 hours prior to the allotted time, we at Clean Gutters reserve the right to charge £25.
5.1 Adequate lighting and warm water must be provided to our staff when they are working at your property. We at Clean Gutters reserve the right to cancel any appointment in which we feel our staff's health or well-being is threatened.
5.2 We always hold the right that we can sub-contract part or all of our services.
5.3 It is necessary that you or a representative is available to sign off on the work we provide at the end of the day, indicating that the job was done to your satisfaction. If no one is present when the work is finished, we will consider that you have accepted the services.
We at Clean Gutters will never be held responsible in the events of:
(a) Any worn or discoloured fabric that becomes apparent after any dirt, stains, etc have been removed
(b) Any damage to stains that existed prior to our work and cannot be removed
(c)Any damage incurred to wooden floors caused by legs of furniture that do not have the appropriate protection or felt pads
(d) Incomplete work caused by the arrival or intervening of a third party
(e) Curtains suffering from shrinkage when steam cleaning is applied
We at Clean Gutters endeavour to deal with any issues that arrive from our services. Any complaint must be filed within 7 working days of the appointment in question, otherwise it will be ignored.
